Essentially, painting needs to be done anytime your buildings interior or exterior paint is starting to look dull, peeling or scratched up in more than a couple of places. Customers my not directly look at your paint on the walls but they will notice if there are a lot of imperfections. A customer doesn’t want to buy products or services from a place that is not well maintained.
Different types of paint have different properties and are created for different purposes. Interior paint is made to be scrubbed, resist staining, and allow cleaning. Exterior paints are made to combat against fading and mildew.
Since every paint job is unique, it inherently makes each job different. This means, of course, that the cost of the paint job and related services will also be different from job to job.
